Before any piece leaves our workshop in Kattumannarkovil, it is quality-checked, securely packaged, and carefully labelled. This typically takes 1–2 business days from the time your payment is confirmed.
During festive seasons and sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp if there is any delay.
Order cut-off: Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM IST on a business day is processed the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
